Webinar: Increasing demands in treating wastewater management in our region: Overcoming pain points and boosting efficiencies

Wastewater Treatment – The Silent Crisis Effective Wastewater Treatment is a critical process in every country and industry. Due to its dynamic changing parameters, wastewater treatment, is not an easy process and often taken for granted. Like key organs in our body, wastewater treatment is often forgotten when running properly but when they fail, whole communities and industries can be terribly affected.

According to these United Nations agencies, “effective wastewater treatment is key to solving the global water crisis”[1]. Statistics show that high-income nations treat about 70% of the wastewater they generate. This drops to 38% for upper-middle income and only 8% in low-income countries.  Here in Asia this is even more critical since 3 out of 4 people affected by water stress live in this region [2].

With the immense opportunities to make an impact in improving wastewater management in our region and to share latest solutions and know-how, Singapore Water Association (SWA) and ProMinent Fluid Controls (F.E.) Pte Ltd are co-organizing a Webinar : “Increasing demands in treating wastewater management in our region: Overcoming pain points and boosting efficiencies”
