Paul Tan has more than 25 years of working experience in the area of water management providing managerial, technical, strategic direction in water and wastewater treatment globally across different industries.  He has authored a technical book of operation, maintenance and engineering of water treatment systems.  For the last 3.5 years.  Paul Tan is the Water Deployment Director for Nike influencing better water efficiency and  cleaner wastewater discharge.
