SWA Business Mission to Myanmar
27th November to 1st December 2018 (Tuesday to Saturday)
As part of our continuous effort to help our members venture into new markets, the Singapore Water Association(SWA) in conjunction with MYANWATER 2018 Expo, organised a business mission to Myanmar from 27 Nov–1 Dec 2018. The mission focuses on a better understanding of the business environment, explore and to develop cross-border business collaborations with relevant partners in Myanmar.
The Singapore delegation had fruitful meetings with Yangon City Development Committee, Myanmar Engineering Society and Irrigation & Water Utilization Management Department.
The delegation also benefited from the site visits to Than Lyet Soon Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lagunbyin Water Supply Project.
