Singapore-UK Connects: Water Technologies for Sustainability and Resilience
Singapore-UK Connects: Water Technologies for Sustainability and Resilience
With increasing global water demand and climate change causing increasing uncertainty in supply, innovation is key to ensuring sufficient clean water.
Singapore has committed S$670 million in research and development of water technologies since 2006. This is done in collaboration with local and international partners, from startups to multinationals. Such efforts to develop new ways to treat, recycle, and supply water are driven by the desire to increase water resources, keep costs competitive, and manage water quality and security.
At this webinar, startups will pitch their water solutions, and share about about their innovative solutions for smart water monitoring, advanced membranes, wastewater treatment systems, and technologies for improved water sustainability and resilience. Learn about their solutions and connect with them in thematic breakout sessions!
Co-organised by Enterprise Singapore, PUB, Singapore Water Association and British Water, the Singapore-UK Connects: Water Technologies for Sustainability and Resilience event brings innovative water technologies from Singapore to UK.
This event is targeted towards UK water utilities, consulting firms, and SMEs, with the goal of connecting innovative Singapore water tech startups to British partners for tech collaboration and adoption.
