AsiaWater 2016

SWA members provided strong support for the Asiawater 2016 which was held on 6 – 8 April 2016 in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia. Being the largest country pavilion in this mega water event, the Singapore pavilion of 23 companies led by SWA showcased their latest products and services in the exhibition.

Minister of Energy, Green Technology & Water Malaysia, Y.B Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Maximus Johnity Ongkili, J.P together with other overseas government agencies visited the Singapore Pavilion in the afternoon of 7th April. A reception was held thereafter in the pavilion to provide networking opportunities for the Singapore exhibitors and invited guests.

During the event, Mr Foo Hee Kiang, SWA Vice-President (General Affairs) and Mr Tan Ngo Chiaw, SWA Vice-President (Finance) met with Malaysian Water Association and Southeast Asian Water Utilities Network (SEAWUN) to explore partnership and working relationship for the benefit of the respective associations and members, and for the promotion of the water industry.
